RETURNS

We accept items back within 20 days of your original purchase date.

Please ensure merchandise is returned in its original condition, without any signs of wear, washing or damage, all the original packaging with tags attached and with the original gift with purchase (pouch, etc) that was sent.

Full Price items are eligible for return for a Refund.

Sale items are eligible for return for a Store Credit. This does not apply to our Welcome / first order discount.

FINAL SALE

Final Sale items are not eligible for Return.

International orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

EARRINGS

For Health and Safety Reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to make an Exchange, simply return the original item as per the return policy, and go to shopannieg.com.au to purchase the desired item in a new order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are non refundable.

We recommend using a traceable shipping method and taking note of the tracking number. Shop Annie G is not responsible for the loss of items in return transit.

Refunds do not include initial shipping charges for items returned. In the event you were eligible for free shipping on your order and you wish to return an item/s which will bring the total order value back under the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES

Afterpay purchases are eligible for store credit only (this is due to the costs incurred for offering these services on our website).

GIFT CARDS

No returns will be accepted of gift cards, or exchanges of gift cards for cash.

TO START A RETURN

To easily return your item, please contact us at info@shopannieg.com.au  So we can help you, let us know your order number, the post code where your order was shipped, details of the item(s) you would like to return and reason for return. It may be helpful to include photos. Further instructions on how to return will be sent to you.

We strongly recommend inspecting merchandise and trying on garments purchased upon arrival to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns time frame. 

ANNIEG merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned to the location where it was purchased.

STORE CREDIT
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. Store Credit is issued in the form of a unique Gift Card code and is redeemable online.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 2 working days of receipt to notify you that we have received your returned item, and also of approval or rejection of your refund. Any items that have signs of use or are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method.

It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please check your bank account or contact your bank before contacting us. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shopannieg.com.au

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please note we charge a 5% restocking fee on order cancellations to cover our non-refundable bank charges.
