RETURNS
We are happy to offer your choice of store credit, refund or exchange on full-priced items that are returned within fourteen (14) days from the date that the item was delivered to you.
Please ensure that the item you wish to return follows the process below:
- Is in its original condition, without any signs of wear, washing or damage, with tags attached, and in its original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery date
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
We strongly recommend inspecting and trying on all purchased items upon arrival to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns time frame.
START A RETURN
Email ANNIE G at info@shopannieg.com.au Let us know your order number, the post code where your order was shipped, details of the item(s) you would like to return and reason for return. It may be helpful to include photos. If you are eligible for a return, please indicate whether you wish to exchange the item, receive a store credit or obtain a refund.
Please note, returns are sent at the customers expense, unless in the unlikely event you were sent the wrong item or received faulty goods.
We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. ANNIE G is not liable for the loss, theft and damage of items in return transit.
FULL PRICE ITEMS
Full price items are eligible for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund provided the garment is returned in its original condition; unworn, unwashed and in the original garment bag with tags attached.
Exception: For Health and Safety Reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.
Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear (including traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant, etc.) or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be returned to sender.
SALE ITEMS - any item that has been marked down, whether permanently or for a limited time e.g. during a flash sale.
Refunds are not available for purchases of items which have been discounted. We will provide an exchange where possible or an online credit.
Final Sale items will be clearly marked 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for Return.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES
You are eligible for exchange or credit only (this is due to the costs incurred for offering these services on our website).
SHIPPING COSTS
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If a garment is being returned to exchange for a different size, your return postage costs are not refundable. Any costs incurred for shipping out of exchanged items will be charged to you.
FAULTY PRODUCT
ANNIE G strives to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you believe a product was delivered with a manufacturing fault, please inform us as soon as you receive your order with images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment at info@shopannieg.com.au
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.
It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to use in accordance with care for instructions.
GIFTS
No returns will be accepted of gift cards, or exchanges of gift cards for cash.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. Store Credit is issued in the form of a unique Gift Card code and is redeemable online.
If a faulty product is being returned for a store credit, ANNIE G will also credit you with the initial postage charge. We will email you once we have received your return item/s and confirm your store credit by issuing you with a unique credit code.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified via email within 5 working days of receipt. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please check your bank account or contact your bank before contacting us. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shopannieg.com.au
