All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia, Australia. 

Orders are shipped worldwide using DHL or Australia Post, typically within one (1) to three (3) business days of placement.

Please note that order processing times and delivery can extend during sale and holiday periods.

ANNIE G currently ships within Australia and Internationally to New Zealand using the following methods and costs. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $300 AUD. Please refer to the International delivery times for your selected country.
• Standard shipping flat rate of $25 AUD on orders under $300 AUD.
• Express Post is available at a flat rate of $35 AUD. As a guide, delivery within 3-7 days.
• Delivery duty unpaid basis, which means duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
• Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes internationally.
